My Role at Value-Ad
I focus on the meaningful application of technology in the sales environment specifically aimed at optimising the sales processes of our clients. My key interest is the extraction of value that exists in our clients' existing customer bases through analysis and design of cross-sell and up-sell campaigns as well as identifying other lead sources within their business. Using this data, I then manage the configuration of solutions for our clients by building a process for them. I am responsible for the technical aspects of implementation and ongoing support of our clients.
