Is feedback necessary ?

Feedback is imperative!

We use feedback received to start determining who is the best person to receive the next lead that becomes available.  The system will start to allocate leads to the person who is giving the most feedback , and assumes that the feeddback means that activity is taking pleace.

The feedback is also used to measure sales skills.

There is no point in allocating a lead to a salesperson who is not going to do anything with it!
